Dry land farming is a tough program to generate income from. But is it being accomplished here in Colorado! If you have growers looking to increase their production with less water start the conversation now to get them on board with Lot 125.
A dry land grower in Colorado increased his net profit to $311 per acre by producing 82 bushel to the acre dryland corn. The grower gives credit to for this increase in profit to the use of PHD Maximum Crop LLC. & BioLynceus' Lot 125 program. He was also able to increase his dry land wheat production to 52 bushels to the acre. Who do you know that would benefit from this program?

Examination of functional groups is a method of examining the health of the soil.

Microorganisms are primary soil organic and chemical decomposers, and they make soil fertile by providing nutrients for plant growth.  This is a very complex process that involves many types of microorganisms.  It is estimated that 1 acre foot of fertile soil contains as much as 1,000 pounds of bacteria.

The functional groups examined for agricultural soil microbiological analysis represent some of the major bacterial and fungal categories for soil microorganisms.  However, there may be overlap between groups when doing an analysis.

A higher microbial count and diversity means there are more different kinds of microorganisms in the soil for nutrient re-cycling, pathogen suppression, resistance to environmental stress and other microbial activities. Microbial assays are listed in CFUs or colony forming units per gram dry weight and in a liquid as CFUs per ml.  (In case you were wondering, Lot 125 has mega millions of microbial CFU's!).

Let me know how I can help!
